For a faceclaim, I'm thinking something like Devon Aoki – a bit sharp, a bit ethereal, but with a hard edge. Physically, Ash is wiry, often slouching, with choppy dark hair that sometimes hides their observant eyes. They have a few subtle, glowing cybernetic implants on their neck and left forearm, and tend to wear utilitarian clothes with one deliberate, almost antique, detail.

The core idea is that Ash runs a high-end, highly illegal service for crafting hyper-realistic fake online presences or, conversely, completely erasing someone's digital footprint. They're a cynical observer of the whole 'identity as performance' thing in New York After The Algorithm, and they get a kick out of manipulating narratives.
